**Shipping:**
- **Processing Time:** Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. But frames with extra options may take 2 - 3 business days.
- **Shipping Time:** Normal shipping time is 3 - 5 business days within the United States. We are unable to ship International at this time.
- **Shipping Rates:** Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
- **Tracking Information:** Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
**Returns:**
- **Returns Eligibility:** We accept returns on items within 30 days of delivery.
- **Return Process:** To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. For damaged items, please provide clear photos of both the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.
- **Return Condition:** Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- **Refund Process:** Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after the returned items have been received.
